Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched.

Germany (Domestic): 7–14 business days
Europe: 7–14 business days
International: 10–20 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, public holidays, or carrier delays.

Shipping Costs

Germany: Free shipping on orders over €30. Standard shipping €4.99.
Europe: Calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
International: Calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Use this to monitor your delivery in real time through our carrier’s website.

Customs & Duties

For international orders outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
