Return & Refund Policy

At Glowniq, every order is carefully prepared and quality-checked before dispatch. We take great pride in the products we offer and stand behind their quality.

Return Window In accordance with EU consumer protection law, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to submit a return request. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Before You Request a Return We kindly ask you to consider the following before submitting a request:

    • Have you read the full product description and size guide prior to purchase?
    • Is the issue related to a manufacturing defect or damage in transit?
    • Have you contacted us at support@glowniq.deto allow us to resolve the issue directly?

In many cases, we are able to resolve concerns quickly and to your full satisfaction without the need for a return.

How to Request a Return If after consideration you wish to proceed, sign in to your account and submit a return request from your order: 👉 Request a Return 

Each request is individually reviewed by our team. You will receive a response within 1–2 business days with a decision and next steps. Do not ship any items back until you have received written confirmation from us — unrequested returns cannot be processed or refunded.

Return Eligibility To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

    • Item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
    • All original packaging, tags, and accessories are intact
    • Request is submitted within the 14-day window
    • Item is not listed under Non-Returnable Items below

Failure to meet any of these conditions will result in the return being rejected.

Non-Returnable Items The following are strictly final sale and cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances:

    • Piercing jewelry & earrings (for hygiene and safety reasons)
    • Personalized or engraved items
    • Items purchased on sale or marked as clearance
    • Items showing signs of wear, use, alteration, or missing packaging

Refunds Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method. Refunds are issued for the product value only. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
